Campsite in Egloffstein
The campsite in Egloffstein is situated close to nature on an orchard meadow outside the village, right in the middle of the Steigerwald forest. Here you camp simply and authentically – there is no electricity or toilet facilities, but plenty of peace and greenery. The Aurachtal with its ford across the Aurach invites you to take walks, and mountain bikers will find a beautiful trail in the Eberhard Trail. It's about 23 kilometres to Erlangen, from where a hike up to Ehrenbürg (Walberla) is also worthwhile.1
