A property at the forest edge above Kollnburg, at 800 meters elevation, in complete isolation. The last stretch is only passable with off-road vehicles; the gravel path eventually gives way. In return, your view stretches far across the hills of the Bavarian Forest. Electricity available upon request, spring water runs through the site — though you shouldn't drink it. The main house is visible; if Christian and Monika are there, you're welcome to use the toilet. If you feel like it, head out hiking or take the train through Bayrisch Kanada.
