Seifert farm
A meadow next to the farm, high up on the steep slope above the Weiße Elster. It's a few hundred meters down to the river. Trieb is a round village with farms scattered all around it. Space for three mobile homes. Dogs are welcome, fresh eggs are available at the farm. If you hike up the hill above the village, you'll see the Elstertalbrücke brick bridge and the Mosenturm tower above the Pöhl reservoir. In the evening, you only hear the wind across the meadow.1

A small climbing area right on the Weiße Elster; even without a rope the walk along the river pays off when the day on the meadow gets long.
Pöhl Reservoir
The reservoir below the Eisenberg with its Mosen tower; the place to head for on warm days, doable by bike from the meadow.
Göltzschtal Viaduct
The bigger sister of the Elstertal viaduct, also built of brick; a trip for the day when the weather calls for more of a programme.
