North of Mannheim lies a level meadow on a private lake, secluded and for exclusive use — no neighbours, just your own group. A small gate and stairs lead down to the water, where a private bathing pontoon awaits: swimming and paddling, mornings of tranquility over the lake. In the evening, the campfire burns. Wood is provided. The bathroom dates from 2022, electricity is available. The site is completely fenced, including down to the water, so it's dog-friendly. The access road is narrow and gravel.
