Idyllic Black Forest Valley
A parking spot in a small side valley near Furtwangen in the Black Forest, close to the hosts' house but separated by the garden. Horse pastures all around, a pool next door. It's usually quiet, only getting louder when the children are playing outside. Facilities include a composting toilet in the open air and a washbasin. Nothing more is needed. It's about 31 kilometers to Freiburg im Breisgau; the Triberg waterfalls flow in the same Black Forest.1
