Camping right in the heart of wine country
A wine and fruit orchard near Bergtheim, one hectare in size, with parking spaces situated among the fruit trees. The old bishops' castle above the Main, vineyards all around; from the top the old town and the Alte Mainbrücke line up in one view, the climb leads through the vines.
Schweinfurt
The other direction from the village station: a town on the Main with museums and a riverside promenade, good for an afternoon when nothing works in the vineyard.
