A parking spot on the grounds of a winery in Buggingen, right in the middle of town yet still quiet. The sanitary facilities are well-maintained. A few hundred meters further on, a Straußenwirtschaft serves its own wine, as is customary in the Markgräflerland. The landscape is flat and warm between the Rhine and the Black Forest; it's about 18 kilometers to Freiburg with the Schauinsland behind it. In the evening, little remains of the town except a few voices from the wine tavern.1
