Stemwede

To the old pancake baker

A farm near Stemwede in East Westphalia, right at the Stemweder Berg. Two or three pitches between chickens, horses and donkeys. Roosters crow in the morning. Electricity and shower are connected, fresh water can be filled up at any time. In the evening there's room for garden furniture and a grill. Short paths lead into the mountain or into the Diepholzer Moor, and it's a pleasant cycle ride over the cycle path network to the Dümmer See. In autumn the cranes gather in the moor before heading south.1
