Engen

Sunny meadow in solitary location only 20 min. to Lake Constance

A weekly mown meadow on the outskirts of Engen in the Hegau, just over a kilometre from the town centre and exclusively for one camper. From the grounds of the former forester's house, you can see Engen and the Hohenhewen. There is no toilet or shower; the hosts fill drinking water into bottles for you. In the evening, the fire pit by the house is ready to use, and the wood is free. It takes just under half an hour to reach Lake Constance by Seehas, and the Rhine Falls near Schaffhausen are around thirty minutes away by car. Fire, then silence.1

What Hinterland writes

„The well-maintained meadow, exclusively available to one camper, is part of our property (former forestry house), over 500 m² in size and mowed weekly.“
