Sauerland · Dünschede

Pitch on the outskirts of the village with a wide view

A meadow on the edge of Dünschede, space for a maximum of two campers. Accessible via a dirt road, with the last section leading across open land. The view stretches far and wide, and there's not much else to do here. Anyone wanting to shop or eat a hot meal should drive about three kilometers. Otherwise: the Sauerland all around. It's not far to Biggesee, and Siegen is about 28 kilometers away. In the mornings you'll hear little but wind and birdsong. In the evenings, silence settles over the meadow.1

What Hinterland writes

„We offer up to 2 pitches on our meadow in a quiet location at the edge of Dünschede :-)

You'll be right in the middle of nature with a beautiful, spacious view to relax and recharge.

The pitches can be reached directly via a field path.“

Sights in the area1

Biggesee

The large reservoir of the southern Sauerland, with excursion boats and swimming bays along the shore — the place for a warm day by the water.

Kahler Asten

At 841 metres one of the highest peaks in the Sauerland; from the Asten tower the view stretches far across the uplands, worth a stop on a clear day.

Siegen

The largest town nearby, a good 28 kilometres away; the Upper Castle sits above the rooftops, a museum inside telling the town's history. The spot for a rainy day.
