Sleeping on a listed courtyard complex

Nasingen is an Eifel village with fifteen houses, surrounded by meadows and fields. The listed heritage farmyard sits right in the middle, its old outbuildings have been converted with natural building materials into four holiday apartments. Each has its own terrace, sheltered from view. Because there's hardly any extraneous light, the starry sky lies open above the courtyard at night. In the mornings you sit beside the vegetable garden, in the evenings the sun sinks away behind forest and meadows. A sauna is available for an extra charge. Trier is 36 kilometers away. Otherwise: country lanes.1

Sights in the area1

Trier

The Roman city on the Moselle lies 36 kilometres away. The Römerpfad links the amphitheatre and the imperial baths; one day covers the old town.

Dreimühlen Waterfall

A limestone-tufa waterfall in the Volcanic Eifel, spilling over a bed of moss and growing a little every year. Short walk from the car park, easy with kids.

Wolfsschlucht

A narrow rock cleft in the Eifel with a path running through it. It stays cool between the walls even in high summer, the escape for hot afternoons.
