River Bath at the Old Paper Mill

The site "Flussbad an der Alten Papierfabrik" is located in Neu Kaliß on the Elde, a tributary of the Elbe, nestled in the enchanting grounds of an old paper mill in the Altmark. Between historic brick buildings, storks and falcons make their home, while you can kayak to the old mill or into the nature reserve near Dömitz or explore the Elbe cycling route. On the sunset terrace with its Hollywood swing, you can wind down the evening by a small fire. It's 86 kilometers to Lübeck and its steep coastline in Travemünde.¹
