Parking space at the harbor
A pitch in the small holiday village of Rieth, right on the water of the Szczecin Lagoon. A natural harbor lies nearby. During the day, cyclists roll through the village on the Oder-Neisse Cycle Route, and in the evening you have a wide view across the lagoon. The site is simple: electricity and water, an outdoor shower with cold water only. It's two hundred meters to Riether Waldstrand with its playground. The Polish border is about one kilometer away, on foot or by bike. From Altwarp, the ferry crosses to Neuwarp.1

Sights in the area1
Szczecin Lagoon (Stettiner Haff)
The wide, shallow lagoon on the German-Polish border. On calm days a quiet spot for a canoe or a fishing rod; when the sun is out the haze lifts off the water only late.
Neuwarp (Nowe Warpno)
The little Polish harbour town on the opposite shore, reached by the small ferry from Altwarp. Half a day is enough for the port and the market — a trip across the border without a car.
Oder-Neisse Cycle Route
The long border cycle path runs right through Rieth. Flat and mostly off the road, good for a day along the lagoon coast with detours across the nearby border into Poland.
