Behind the German Oak, Scheden
A meadow behind the old inn Deutsche Eiche in Scheden, in southern Lower Saxony. The building is currently undergoing renovation, so the grounds may occasionally look a bit untidy. The restrooms from the former inn remain available; you'll receive the code with your booking. Across the street, the Tante-Emmi-Laden shop stocks fresh rolls in the morning, along with home-grown vegetables. There's no longer a restaurant in the village. For dining out, you'll head to Hann.
