The plaza at 37 metres is free to enter and sits between the harbour and the Speicherstadt. The brick warehouses around it are worth a whole afternoon.
Altes Land
Orchard country southwest of the Elbe, apple trees packed tight behind the dyke. Late April into early May it all blossoms at once.
