Camping Site Rhöner Auersberg
A farm high above Wildflecken, less than two kilometers from town, with just one neighbor. The view extends into the Sinn valley and further to Kreuzberg, which rises 930 meters above the Rhön. Evenings grow quiet, and at night the starry sky spreads over the farm. Grilling is now permitted, as long as nothing dries out. There is no public restroom on site. If you like, you can borrow two small e-bikes and set off; a pizzeria and shops await down in town.1

A hiking hut on the ridgeways of the High Rhön, close to the Kreuzberg. A stop-off for long walks across the open uplands.
