Organic winery at Saaleck Castle
A paved gravel plateau at the wine cellar, above Hammelburg in the Franconian Saale Valley. Power hookup available. The toilets at the cellar are open, and in the small wine shop next door you can grab a bottle around the clock. If you're self-sufficient, you can also park up in the vineyards, just under three hundred metres further on. From the castle tower, your gaze sweeps across the Fränkische Saale Valley, where you can go canoeing. The owners do not live on site.1
