A parking spot in the middle of an orchard meadow near Michelau im Steigerwald. Marcel won't say more than that. In spring it blooms white, in late summer the fruit falls into the grass. Marcel is known for being helpful; the spot was enough for the first night on the road. The rest is taken care of by the Steigerwald: in the Aurachtal, an old ford leads across the Aurach. It's around 39 kilometres to Würzburg, to the Residenz and the vineyards above the Main.1
