The stream drops into the valley over several rock steps near Bodenmais, the upper walkway leads right up close. Best after a few days of rain, when the falls really roar.

A bike park on the mountain above Bischofsmais, with downhill and flow trails running down the slope, ski and toboggan runs in winter. The active day when the pitch gets too quiet.
Kötztinger Hütte
A staffed mountain hut high above the Zellertal, a classic walking destination with food and drink. From the top the view opens wide over the wooded ridges of the Bavarian Forest.
