Electricity and water are available at the plot, and you're well supplied. Vineyards on the slopes all around, as far as the eye can see. In the morning, the smell of must and damp leaves hangs between the rows. It's about 15 kilometres to Heilbronn.1

Old lookout tower above the vineyards of the Heuchelberg. On a clear day the view runs far across the land.
Vineyards near Talheim
Steep wine slope above the village. The short climb pays off for the view over the Neckar valley.
