The Bastei, the Königstein Fortress, Stolpen Castle or a trip to nearby Dresden are only a stone's throw away from us. We can also arrange day trips to Prague. Of course, there are also many hiking and climbing opportunities in Saxon Switzerland - we are at home on this beautiful farm, surrounded by flowering meadows and forests, which have been here since the Middle Ages! There are cows here (we gave up dairy farming last fall), pigs, rabbits (not for a long time!), chickens of all colors; cats roam among the chickens with their chicks in tow as well as a golden retriever who is always happy for some attention- they just love kids because they know how much fun it is to play outside1
