Pitch at the edge of town with extensive views

Three pitches on a meadow at the edge of Erlinghausen, a corner of Marsberg. You drive directly up from the farm track, then you're standing in the middle of the fields. The view stretches far and wide. There are no facilities: the site is something for self-sufficient mobile homes that bring their own water and everything else. Maneuvering is only permitted at the front by the tree line, to keep the meadow intact. The Diemel cycle path runs close by; it's 19 kilometers to Diemelsee, and thirty to Willingen. Just over half a kilometer to the restaurant in town.1

You'll be right in the middle of nature with beautiful, wide-open views.

The parking spaces can be accessed directly via a farm track.“

Sights in the area1

Diemelsee

Reservoir on the edge of the Waldecker Land, a good 19 kilometres away. Swimming and SUP along the shore, with a loop trail for bikes and walkers — the beach day for when the pitch feels too quiet.

Willingen

Winter-sports and hiking town in the Upland, around 30 kilometres away. Known for its huge ski jump; in summer a bike park and trails in the Rothaargebirge draw visitors — a full day of activity.

Edersee

Large reservoir in the Waldecker Land, roughly 40 kilometres off. The massive dam wall and the Kellerwald National Park on the south shore repay the drive — a classic for a hiking day.
