Nature experience in the middle of Hamburg
A ten-thousand square-meter natural site right in the middle of Hamburg, just over seven kilometers from the city center. During the day, traffic rumbles from a busy road nearby. In the evenings and on weekends it gets quieter, then the day leaves behind mainly the crackling of the campfire. No toilet, no electricity, no WiFi. Instead, meadow, fire pit and plenty of space for children. Large motorhomes won't fit here. You can reach us by HVV. It's just a regular city journey to the Elbphilharmonie and the Landungsbrücken.1

Sights in the area1
Elbphilharmonie & HafenCity
The glass concert hall on top of an old warehouse. The plaza between brick and glass wave is open to all and offers a full view over the harbour, even without a concert ticket.
Landungsbrücken & Old Elbe Tunnel
The piers on the Elbe where the harbour ferries depart. The Old Elbe Tunnel runs under the river to the far bank, a dry harbour view when it rains.
Außenalster lake
The lake in the middle of the city, ringed by a shore path. Sailors and rowers are out in almost any weather, and the loop around it makes an easy walk.
