The motorhome parking area "In den Riedwiesen" is peacefully situated in Neukirchen, right in the heart of the Rotkäppchenland region of northern Hesse and in the Knüllgebirge mountains. Hiking and cycling are equally popular here, as is simply relaxing in nature. Toilet facilities, waste water disposal, and fresh water are available daily from 8 am to 8 pm; access is via Am Daubensitz street. In the region, trips to the Rosental Viaduct and the Münzenberg castle ruins are well worth your time. You can reach Kassel with its UNESCO World Heritage site Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe in approximately 49 kilometers. A practical base for discovering northern Hesse.¹
