A large, quiet site near Pfatter, close to the Danube Bike Trail. If you get an early start, you'll have the trail to yourself. You can ride the river in both directions: upstream to Regensburg with its Stone Bridge and cathedral, or downstream to the Gäuboden town of Straubing. The routes stay flat.
