Camping on the Alpaca Farm

A farmstead removed from the village near Willofs, on the banks of the Jossa stream, in the forested hills before the Vogelsberg. The pitch stands next to the barn where alpacas and donkeys live; in the morning you hear them snorting, otherwise it stays quiet. In the evening the view opens up from the meadow over the heights, and the sun sinks behind the hilltops. Forest all around. All the way to Schlitz and further to the Taufstein in the Vogelsberg, the same hilly landscape stretches out.1
