Camping at the "Guben bathtub
At Deulowitzer See near Guben, which locals call their Gubener Badewanne. A fine sandy beach, water clear enough for the highest quality rating. The site is small and located in a protected area: plenty of meadow, little hustle and bustle. In the morning you hear the water lapping against the sand, the Oder-Neiße cycle path runs right past. From here you can reach the Spreewald or Schlaubetal by bike, Poland begins behind the lake. Swimming, cycling, little else.1
