Camping in the orchard
An orchard in Enzen with direct access to the Enz. Larger vehicles navigate the grounds easily here, surrounded only by meadows and forest. In the morning you'll hear the water, and in between, the farm dog Timba. In the evening, it becomes quiet. Fresh water is available at the farm; you'll need to bring your own camping toilet—without onboard facilities, it won't work. Right outside the door begins the Enztal cycle path, right in the middle of Naturpark Südeifel. It's around twenty-six kilometers to Trier with its Roman trail.1
