There is also a spacious field nearby with plenty of room to explore if you are looking forward to something outside the city limits. In Grimmen there are shopping facilities including a petrol station as well as a snack bar/restaurant - about 7 km from where we live, but not too far away - you only need about 20 minutes driving time, so no worries¹
