Wake up in the meadow orchard

An orchard meadow near Walsrode, three hectares in size, with around 230 trees. Surrounded by a hedge of native shrubs, with some 80 old apple varieties interspersed. The parking spot is available next to the insect hotel, by the old bee fence, or beside the barn where cider is pressed. In spring, it smells of blossoms; in autumn, of windfall apples. There are hardly any neighbors. The Apfelradweg cycle route passes by, and the Grundlose See is within cycling distance. Weltvogelpark and Serengetipark are the rainy-day excursions.1
