My meadow orchard is a great place to "wild camp" It is just outside my village in the Nördlinger Ries and has hills all around. Nearby there is also a modern mill with a dirt road in between, over which the farmers drive their grain trucks during harvest time. About 100 meters from this place is the Cheb Canal (which flows only 30 meters from the property). The best time to camp here would be late fall into winter, as it gets cold soon after the sun goes down!¹
