A pitch at the forest's edge between Cologne and Bonn, on park-like grounds. It's twelve kilometers to both city centers, but here you'll mainly hear the forest: birdsong in the morning, wind in the trees in the evening. Otherwise it's quiet. There's space for tents and motorhomes. If you want to explore further, the attractions of Bergisches Land are within reach — the Müngstener Brückenpark, for example, or the Eifgenbach. Cologne is close enough for a day trip to the city.¹
