Amelsen is a hidden gem located in the ancient trade route between Einbeck and Lüthorst. It lies atop an overlook above town, with stunning views of lush farmland below - but be warned! The ground can get very muddy when it rains because there's no drainage for this space so don't even think about coming here if you have any sort legs onyou.<br> "Amelsener Fuchsloch." This small opening leads down into some dark caves where lost children play tag-and sometimes hide from monsters under their teacher's desk (or something like that).¹
