The village of Mengen is a small place with an interesting view. Nestled on the edge of this quiet area, there is a new gravel road that leads directly to nowhere and has not yet been developed into anything. Nearby is the Mission Hill and the lookout tower, from which hikers can go to nearby places like the Heuneburg or the Heune Museum, which provides more information about the local history. As for public facilities, there is currently only a water supply, but there are plans to install toilets soon; it just takes time when planning something like this!¹
