The small village of Altenhagen II is idyllically located directly at the foot of the Deister, which invites you to long or short hikes & bike tours with an extensive network of trails and about 405 meters of altitude. There is no through traffic here - only rarely a car drives past our house uphill towards the higher terrain !!!!¹
