Between cows and ducks #2

We are located in a bird sanctuary, right on the Elbe River. Here there is plenty of fresh water for your animals and they can enjoy some peace and quiet while you are out exploring! The nearest stores are about 10 km away, but we have something up our sleeve on Saturdays and Tuesdays. So stay tuned if that appeals to you - our baker will be selling bread made from locally grown grains every other day starting this week (and eggs, too). We also encourage visitors like you who are looking for more scenic routes nearby; there are plenty of them, because bike paths are not only much less traveled than roads, they also lead directly into a nature preserve where¹
