There aren't many shady spots in the meadow, so bring sunscreen if you're staying here - we also offer tents, which are perfect for families or groups with kids (just let us know when you book). There are plenty of other options nearby: Hike through the Itzgründ, bike along the picturesque Rodach River, or canoe on the river. There are also grocery stores only 5 minutes away by car, offering fresh eggs and vegetables every day.¹
