The area is known for its beautiful nature, with highlights such as the Pilsum Lighthouse and the bike path between Greetsiel and the Pilsum Lighthouse. There are also many cultural attractions nearby, including Lütetsburg Castle. The campsite is located just 43 km from the city of Oldenburg, making it the ideal base from which to explore the region.
