In the quiet town of Zwillbrock, west Netherlands lies a small farm with fruit trees- apple & oak. The parking lot is free according to preference either on new potato lawn or under old oak trees that originally had been planted to cross into Belgium back when these were still occupied territory during World War II. In addition there are fields beside it where one can enjoy long walks and short bike rides; if not just relaxing at our little spot within nature's embrace. The surroundings offer plenty opportunities for excursions both near by such as scenic Achterhoek Castle which houses some incredible art collections among other things while also being close enough yet far away¹
VredenZwillbrock is located in the Westmünsterland, directly on the Dutch border. Away, the day tourism lies directly on old smuggling trails our Kotten, "Apple & Oak".
