Campground in Käbschütztal

You begin your journey along the idyllic streets of Meissen and Lommatzsch, in a gently rolling landscape. Along these avenues you will find an impressive array of fruit trees, just waiting to be eaten before their inevitable decay sets in. If you drive along one of the hardly used roads, you will quickly come to this meadow where you can camp (for a fee). We offer shelter from the wind inside our walls, but space is limited, so we don't recommend staying more than two days at a time! Bring your dog if he is well-behaved, as there are many here who can be frightened by barking - also, it would be best not to leave them alone, as animals run freely around us humans who also have pets (¹
