Pitch at the tower

The Rhine-Weser Tower near Oberhundem in the North Rhine-Westphalian district of Olpe is a 24-meter high observation tower at an altitude of about 680 meters above sea level. From here, you not only have a view that stretches for miles, but you can start your hike or bike ride practically anywhere! In the summer, the Rothaarsteig trail with its many branches and circular routes beckons - not to mention year-round camping in the area - and in the winter, there are also cross-country ski trails. The restaurant downstairs offers delicious food and drinks for those who need something after hiking (or biking).¹
