The farm by the Mittellandkanal in Recke is idyllically situated in northern Münsterland, surrounded by fields and farmsteads of the Tecklenburger Land. Hiking trails begin right at your doorstep, you can swim in the canal, and the Teutoburger Forest with the Hermannsweg is just nearby. At night the little owls call, in the mornings deer often stand at the window, and the farm's own fruit garden provides eggs, honey and fruit depending on the season. On request there are breakfast baskets, yoga classes or sound journeys. You can reach Osnabrück in 28 kilometers.¹
