Camping between Dollart and Ems

A garden on the edge of a terpen in Jemgum, with a view of the 13th-century village church, the old cemetery beyond. A quiet place. The Rheiderland is flat and perfect for cycling. You can reach the Ems and the historic old town of Leer without any steep climbs, and a bathing lake lies along the way. In the morning, bells ring out across the terpen, otherwise it stays quiet among the gravestones and dyke lands.1

What Hinterland writes
