Der Resthof wird ökologisch bewirtschaftet und liegt zwischen Oste und Elbe inmitten der Natur. Hamburg mit all seinen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Cuxhaven mit Bade- und Surfstrand sind jeweils ca. eine Autostunde entfern und ebenso schnell von Himmelpforten aus mit dem Zug erreichbar.
